Web of Science (Utilising ATHENS protocol) or Beilstein Crossfire (In the UK) and if one does not have access to such resources the Chemweb.com is an excellent (FREE) resource for chemists from across the world, which also gives access to Beilstein database as part of the package) in other countries.
