An impressive goal for a increasingly commercialised internet. This site proposes and offers free publication of literary works. They claim in their usage policy to absolve their claim upon your writing, so you own the copyright to the works you post.
The only stipulations they hold appear to be the standard no pornography, defamatory or illegal literature stipulations found on many web sites across the internet.
The site appears to contain an impressive array of subjects. The ones I were interested in did not, however, have a strong representation but this likely to change as the idea takes hold, and the web site grows in public knowledge.
As no money changes hands I would strongly suspect that publishing items on this web site is unlikely to bring you money in. It is intended for those items which are often passed up in mainstream publishing but the author still wishes people to read it.
