E1M6 -The Door to Chthon
Secret 1
At the start of the level you will be on top of a room, with spikes in it. You jump down off this room and turn left. You will run over a Q sign which will open the door at the far end of the corridor you are running down. You enter the room, to which the door had just opened. Turn right and turn right again.
Look back 180o from where you came from, you should see this:

Shoot the Red 'Q', and the door on the right opens, it is an obvious one to look at. Ride the lift, and you should see this, if you move to your left and look at the air ducts. Just walk in the direction of the green line, or jump. Here you will find the quad.

Secret 2
Directly under the Quad there is a button to which a door on the right opens. Here you will see another 'Q' button. Press this Q button and the slight depression which you went over now becomes a hole, to which you will fall down. Wait a second or two and the stones will fall to create stairs, go down the stairs and turn right. Run to get your 100 and 5 rockets and escape via the life before you are crushed by the spikey machine.

Get back to the place above and wait for the bars to be raised. You should see this:

Go through the teleporter and you should see:

On this ledge we have a Super Nailgun, as seen above.
There is a further place, just walk from the point indicated (it isn't a secret) and you are in the dark place with 100 health. You might need to practice for the best 'online' jump where you can't take your time, but I have a 100% success rate these days.
Secret 3&4
From the start point one can see the "Room of Spikes", you need to jump over them or use the thin guide if you need to. When you have traversed the spike chamber, you turn left. You should then see something like this.

You walk down the new stairs and collect the 10 rockets and WAIT!!!!
The Stairs will go back up to reveal a teleport:

The teleport will lead you to a balcony, where you can jump to another balcony and obtain a 100 health package.
There are no more secrets for this level.
